1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Delivery on Call’s website and services. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
Delivery on Call provides same-day and scheduled courier delivery within the UK and to selected European destinations.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking by card via Stripe.
- Prices shown include VAT at 20%.
- A booking confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 2 hours before collection: full refund.
- Within 2 hours of collection: 50% refund.
- After driver has collected: no refund.
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Collection & Delivery
- Collection times are estimates. Traffic and operational factors may affect timing.
- Someone must be available at both collection and delivery addresses.
- Failed delivery due to no one present may incur a redelivery charge.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not carry: cash, hazardous materials, illegal items, live animals, firearms, or any item prohibited by UK law.
7. Liability
- Liability for loss or damage is limited to £50 per booking unless enhanced cover is purchased.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic or circumstances beyond our control.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date.
8. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure items are properly packaged and labelled.
- Provide accurate addresses.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding transported items.
9. Governing Law
Governed by English law. Disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales.
