are accurate at the time of placing your order. However, at times the mentioned
MRP on the website may vary from the prevailing MRP in the market place – in which
case the MRP mentioned on the product pack would be considered to be the accurate
MRP and the payments would need to be made by you basis billing of the vendor.
Convenience charges
Deliveryoncall.com is a service provider to delivery goods from the vendor chosen
by you, we take a small convenience charge in few of our categories. These charges
are to be paid at the time of product delivery to our field executive along with
the bill of the vendor. Delivery on call reserves the rights to revise the above
charges, consumer and customer are requested to refer T&C for updates on charges
regularly.
Delivery timings-
Delivery on call gives its customer option to choose the delivery date and time,
subject to availability of the product and vendor from which you choose to get your
order procured, on that day & time. We shall intimate you if the product cannot
be prepared from the listed vendor on that particular day and time, maximum 45 min
prior to the delivery time.
Product Conditions
For grocery
In this section of Deliveryoncall.com the item are procured from the final vendor
of Deliveryoncall.com at MRP less discount given by the vendor, which would be available
on the vendor bill.
Customers are requested to check the item at the time of delivery, in case of any
shortage in the item list, kindly inform deliveryoncall within 24 hours of the delivery
by writing us a mail or by calling us during our working hours.
For Bakery
The items in this section are subject to availability, at the time of order. Future
orders can be scheduled in this section and the products can be delivered to the
third party within the service area of Deliveryoncall.com,
We would confirm you with the availability of the product from the vendor, post
which you order is confirmed and sent through deliveryoncall.com
For Food
This section comprises of restaurants tied up with deliveryoncall.com, we may take
the orders for the restaurants not tied up with us only from the others section.
The pricing and billing would be of the vendor .The section is purely active on
the availability of the product. You would receive call from vendor before you order
is processed by vendor.
For Meat Shop
This Section provides you with detailed listing of Meat Shops Serving in your area,
along with their Menu, the actual Bill of the Vendor is the final Bill to be paid
by the consumer, there could be variation in the measurement of the product e.g
you have ordered 250 gms raw chicken and billed for 260 gms raw chicken. The price
variance is possible in the said commodity, the vendor bill would always surpass
any past communication.
For Cab Services
This section, you can book CAB for local travel within NCR, travel quality, safety
and security is as per the terms of the Vendor. We recommend that you should read
the travel tips before beginning your Journey. Deliveryoncall.com is just a service

For Toy Shop
In case the product received is the incorrect product
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately,
through the same mode as you have used while making the purchase.
In case you wish to Exchange the Product, then the same can be done against Vendor
Bill within 7 days of purchase, by visiting the Vendor outlet in your city. The
product and packaging should be in original and in the actual form the way you have
received from us.
For Others
This section we procure products from the retailer assigned by you, the pricing
of the product is as per bill raised by the retailer, our intimation mail to you
would only reflect the convenience charges payable on delivery of the product, along
with vendor bill payment as per actual.
All the remaining Sections
The prices listed are to the best of our knowledge and we take utmost efforts to
keep them updated in all the categories, in case of any fluctuation and variation
the vendor bill would be final, until and unless some discount or scheme is offered
by deliveryoncall.com
Product Quality
It is the sole responsibility of the vendor on the product quality, Delivery on
call is indemnified by its service users (Customers and Consumers) for any lapse
on the product quality & expiry. There can be no legitimate action on deliveryoncall.com,
Deep Roots Core Services Pvt Ltd ,its associates, and employees, on the product
quality as the products are procured on customers behalf from the associated vendors.
Deliveryoncall is just service provider for procuring products on customer’s behalf
from the vendors.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Deep Roots Core Services Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any special indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages relating to the usage of
the services of the Website. Deep Roots Core Services Pvt Ltd. is not responsible
for damages or losses that result from using the services being provided by the
