How do I place an order?
Customers may place their orders by selecting the category and the choice of the product they need, they may pay online or through cash on delivery. Customers can place the order online as well as by calling us on phone no. as displayed in their City.

Can I order items which are not in your Storefront at present?
The items which are out of stock will not be available till that ‘Not Available’ mark is removed. If any product is ordered and is not available, Delivery On Call or the respective vendor will confirm with you before replacing the product with a replacement product.

How do I make payments?
You can pay with your credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

Is my credit card number secure?
Your credit card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing credit card transactions ensuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

Do you accept International credit cards for deliveries within India?
No , we accept only Indian Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

How is the item delivered?
The quality and packaging is the sole responsibility of the respective vendor on whom customer has placed the order, we are just a convenience provider where you find your local market online.

What if there has been a change in the recipient’s address?
You must inform us of this change at least 1 hour before the time of delivery or your order may be delivered to the wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.

How much time do you take to deliver after order has been made?
We normally deliver as per the schedule you have made for your order, except for unforeseen situations like, rain, traffic, lift not working in apartment, and any other natural calamity. There could be deviation in delivery time due to above circumstances. However, we always try to keep our customers aware of any deviations in delivery time. Our delivery commitments are only up to the first entry barrier of the customer’s locality.

There is no fee for shipping in most of the categories. For some product categories there may be a nominal shipping charge and this is clearly mentioned alongside the category details.

What if I have to cancel my order?
All orders placed can be cancelled if the cancel request is placed 1hr prior to the delivery time. In case you wish to cancel the order where you have requested the customization of the product, the same cannot be cancelled if already prepared by the vendor.

What if the ordered item is out of stock or not available for shipping?
In case an ordered item is not available for shipping or if it is out of stock, Deliveryoncall.com or the vendor with whom the order is placed will promptly inform the buyer by email/telephone to suggest an alternate product.

What about the Privacy of my information?
We consider the privacy of our customers’ information to be paramount. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information, and credit card information are collected only to fulfill your order. We will occasionally send emails to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes to our web site. If you do not wish to have notifications sent to you, just send us an email with “Do not send me email” as the subject.
